7-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return non-customized, non-sale products in their sealed condition within 7 days of receipt. For a valid return:

  • Items must remain unused and as received.
  • Original packaging is essential.

  

Exceptions:

  • Customized and sale products, accessories, and spare parts.

  

Refund details:

  • Return costs, including shipping, handling, and taxes, are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee, 35% of the item's retail price, will be applied, even if packages are opened but remain functional.

To initiate a return, contact support@MECHLANDS.com. Upon receipt and validation of the product's condition, we'll process a refund for 65% of the item's price within 3-5 working days to your original payment method. Note: Refund processing time can vary with payment providers.

For damaged, incorrect, or defective items upon delivery, immediately contact support@MECHLANDS.com within the 7-day period and provide substantial evidence of the issue.

 

Important Information:

  • Customized products, including specific accessories, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • In cases of defective/incorrect/missing items, MECHLANDS determines the resolution.

**Returning an Item**: Email support@MECHLANDS.com with your request. Provide a tracking number for the return within 10 days. Failing to do so may void your warranty.

 

Factory Defects:

  • Within 7 days of delivery: If confirmed as a manufacturing defect (not caused by improper handling), MECHLANDS will provide a return shipping label and ship a replacement after receiving the returned item. For those opting for refunds, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • After 7 days: Items must be shipped back for inspection at the customer's expense. For products under warranty, only repair/replacement and return shipping are covered. Items beyond their warranty period (over one year) can be repaired for free if customers cover shipping both ways.

 

NOTE: Warranty procedures can differ based on the product and its issues. Address concerns promptly to ensure full warranty benefits.

 

Shipping Concerns:

- If a parcel has been dispatched but not delivered, contact your local courier.

  

- Parcels in transit for over 3 months are deemed lost:

  •  Orders below $50: Choose between a full refund or a one-time reshipment.
  •  Orders over $50: Eligible for a 50% refund.

Undelivered Parcels: Customers are liable for undelivered parcels due to:

 

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Refusal to pay local taxes/processing fees or provide custom clearance documentation.

 

Incorrect/Missing Items Upon Delivery:

 

1. Confirm your package's contents upon receipt. Video record your unboxing for validation.

2. For discrepancies:

   - Provide evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.

 

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Misuse, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or neglect.
  • Purchases outside of https://MECHLANDS.com/.
  • Expected wear and tear or exceeding consumable lifespan.
  • Non-compliance with provided user guidelines.
  • Commercial use or products modified by unauthorized personnel.
